Freeway bikeLed by Pastor Joel & Dana, this study invites women of all ages to find increasing freedom and self-love through a personal application of the Gospel message of grace.  Freeway invites you to apply God’s grace to yourself and your relationships through conversations with friends, exploration of God’s Word, and reflection on your own pain and loss, leading you to a deeper experience God’s love and the freedom of life lived under grace. 

Group meets on Tuesday evenings, 7-8pm for five weeks beginning January 9.

Foundations Ephesians logoFoundations is an entry point into Bible study for a person who is looking to go deeper in God's Word and prefers a lecture style environment.  Despite the unique faith journey we are on and unique experiences that have shaped us, there are foundations that our faith is built on.  Pastor Joel and Vicar Ben lead the Foundations Bible Study and would love for you to join this session as we will go chapter by chapter through the letter of Ephesians!

When: January 10 - February 7, Wednesday evenings 6:30 - 7:30pm

Royal Redeemer Lutheran Church

Pathfinders is an friendly, good-humored, scripture-searching, respectful-of-others Bible Study group.

They share life experiences and opionons, ask many questions, and have lots of laughts in theier discussions. You are welcome to join any time - even if they are half-way through a study. You will be enriched in your Bible knoledge, and make new friends. Every once in a while they get together for fellowship at someone's home or at a restaurant. Please stop by on Sunday to find out what Pathfinders is about.

They won't pressure you to "join", but please visit it you're interested.

We've studied individual books of the Bible, and, have also focused on books which helped us examine specific faith topics.  Our studies have included:

  • Six Psalms, Six Topics
  • I Samuel
  • Be Confident:  Live by Faith, Not by Sight, by Warren Wiersbe.
  • Christianity, Cults & Religions, by Paul Carden.
  • James:  Faith that Works, by Andrew T. & Phyllis J. Le Peau.
  • Four Views of the End Times, by Timothy Paul Jones, PhD.
  • Lutheranism 101 (an in-depth, 9-month examination of our Lutheran faith, which we’ve finished recently), Scot A. Kinnaman, General editor.

As of this writing (November, 2017), we’re viewing “The Mission of Jesus:  5 Lessons on the Triumph of God’s Kingdom in a World of Chaos.”  Lively, scripture-focused discussion follows.

When: Sunday mornings from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Where: Room 302 (by drinking fountain, across from Nursery)
