A little more than a year ago Royal Redeemer switched to a different church management software called Planning Center.  Planning Center is a set of software tools to help churches organize information, coordinate events, communicate with teams, and connect your congregation.

After many conversations about this transition, we realize a need to revisit this choice with the congregation and better communicate how this software benefits you!  

During the month of January we will have volunteers around the Commons on Sunday morning to do just that.  Tables will be set up with helpful one-sheet guides for things like: 

  • opting in to the church directory and uploading your photo
  • downloading and using the Church Center App
  • understanding the difference between Planning Center and Church Center
  • Accessing Church Center from a computer or smartphone

All this is leading toward Sunday, January 29th when we will celebrate another Fellowship Sunday, have our annual Voter’s Assembly, and have printed directories with as many photos and addresses as possible!!!
